FYI - New Proctoring System for Braze Certifications

We will be transitioning from using Examity to using Certiverse as our proctoring system. For those less familiar with what a proctoring vendor is, it’s a platform that provides us with an authorized, neutral proctor, who ensures the identity of the test taker and the integrity of the test-taking environment. This switch will improve both the exam scheduling and candidate experience. Existing promo codes, scheduled exams, or bulk ordering will still be honored in the new system. For exams that have already been scheduled in Examity, The Certification Team will be communicating instructions on how to transfer an exam appointment to Certiverse.
