I'm working on our Giving Tuesday campaign in which we're honoring some of our charitable partners and matching donations to one. Aside from presenting charities your company supports, what are some ways your company is publicly honoring Giving Tuesday? One issue we have run into is our typical brand voice is very witty, light, fun and this email has a more serious tone. Subscription groups and recruiting use case question Hi all! Trying to decide the best course of action for migrating a newsletter into Braze - ideally, I want users to be able to unsubscribe from just the newsletter (which is why I'm leaning towards subscription groups) but I also want to be able to put out an IAM to other users in which they could click a button and be added to the mailing list for newsletters (like how you can update a custom attribute when a user presses button A in an IAM) which I don't see as an option (if I'm missing it, let me know please!). I can't figure out a solution that offers both opt out of only newsletter and offers the chance to recruit some more folks into it. How would you go about this? Thanks all! IAM: How Best to Test Message Timing (on Session Start) Hi all, I'm looking to test what time is best to send an in-app message to unidentified users to urge them to create an account. I want to send on session start for either 3rd session, 5th session, or 10th session. What is the best way within Braze to do this? I'm struggling in Canvas to set the time delay to be based on session starts and not calendar days and I'm worried with campaigns on how to ensure there's equal entry into the three possible variants and one control. I'm hoping to make all folks on app build 17.0 or above get Canvas A while I want everyone below app build 17.0 to get Canvas B. My initial thought was to set it up this way, but I'm having issues in testing of getting the wrong canvas. Does this need to be an and statement? We only have one purchase option, an annual membership. We are subscription based, so I understand it's a bit different, but we do use Braze a lot for inspirational content. We are a disc golf app, so we send out top wishlisted courses, great courses near them, etc. No direct call to action, just getting them to think about disc golf and maybe decide to play a round/take a disc golf trip in the future.
