We are looking for a Lifecycle &RetentionSpecialist to be responsible for managing the customer journey of our B2C users. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience and Product teams to ensure that customers have a positive experience and are retained over the long-term. Your responsibilities may include creating and implementing customer engagement strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities and developing and maintaining customer relationships.
