As a key member of our Marketing Team, you'll drive member engagement and growth by coordinating email, SMS, and push notification campaigns on Braze. Collaborating with teams to ensure unified messaging, while providing project management support and maintaining brand standards through regular audits and testing. The ideal candidate will have prior email marketing experience and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• You'll be pivotal to our member engagement, retention, and growth mission, working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance customer experience across email, SMS, and push notifications
• Develop and execute email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis
• Work in partnership with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure unified messaging and positioning across various platforms, enhancing consistency in communication
• Proofread and conduct regular reviews of marketing and communications materials within Braze to ensure content is current and adheres to brand guidelines
• Regularly audit and A/B test various elements within campaigns to refine and improve email performance
• Provide project management assistance within Monday.com for email marketing request's
• Maintain and update internal documents including customer journey maps, process, procedures, etc. and make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor campaign deliverability, IP health, and subscriber data hygiene to maintain the integrity of our marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications 
• 3+ years of growth, lifecycle, and/or engagement marketing experience in a fast-growing startup
• Hands-on experience with Braze required and having a Braze certification is a bonus
• A deep appreciation and understanding for user experience and customer journeys
• Adept at customer segmentation strategies, with the ability to tailor experiences to specific audience segments for optimal impact
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation and an ability to adapt based on A/B test results
• Experience with SMS and push notification marketing
• Proficiency in Monday.com functionalities or similar project management platform
• Solid organizational, project management, and time-management capabilities
• Able to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to changes of priority and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high quality, accurate work
• Strong written and proofreading skills

Benefits

What we Offer:

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000 - 90,000 annually plus an equity compensation package. The final base salary for this role will take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location differential associated with where the position will be filled.

UTR Sports is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA but this position is fully remote, US-based. In addition to salary and equity compensation, we offer flexible working hours and generous PTO. Our other benefits include:
