User Create Date Unavailable?
I was trying to create a segment of our leads that were less than 6 months old when I realized I could not find a create date field anywhere.
Does this simply not exist in Braze? When I do .csv ex...
might? or is? I have the same problem
Braze Support should be able to confirm this for us! But now that I think back on this comment almost a year later, I want to say "created_at" is when the profile is created which does not necessarily mean that the user used the app already.
I do think it really depends on your user ingestion flow, but Braze Support should be able to provide some further confirmation/details on this one.
