User Create Date Unavailable?
I was trying to create a segment of our leads that were less than 6 months old when I realized I could not find a create date field anywhere.
Does this simply not exist in Braze? When I do .csv exports I am able to see a field called
| lead_date_created |
as well as
| created_at |
but I am not able to use it to create segments. This lack of functionality currently holding us back on segmentation!
"created_at" might be synonymous with "first used app" which is one of the filters available in Braze. Were you able to resolve this issue?

Braze Support should be able to confirm this for us! But now that I think back on this comment almost a year later, I want to say "created_at" is when the profile is created which does not necessarily mean that the user used the app already.
I do think it really depends on your user ingestion flow, but Braze Support should be able to provide some further confirmation/details on this one.
