Leveraging App Badges on iOS

What segmentation filters would I use to build a segment that pulls all iOS users who are eligible to receive an app badge?

For instance, I imagine that some cocktail of these out-of-the-box segmentation filters would do the trick, but I'm not sure exactly how to dial them in (and couldn't find anything about this in Braze docs)

• Push Enabled
• Push Subscription Status
• Background Push Enabled
• Provisionally Authorized on iOS

Any insight here would be super helpful, as I'm trying to measure what kind of lift we get when we use these app badges to bring users into the app during new feature announcements.
