How to best target by state?
The segmentation tool offers out of the box targeting for city and country, however I don't see state. The polygon tool is very clunky and difficult to use, not simple enough to select states.
I see two suggestions here:
1. Collect State as part of the user onboarding process and segment users with this "state" custom attribute
2. Find some sort of API tool where you can pass in the user's city and have it return the state and personalize based on this using Liquid
