WhatsApp Text Message Feasibility
When you say 'apart from WhatsApp Template' - do you mean without a template?
So far as I know you must use a template for the opening message, though you can make the templating quite broad and accept lots of per-customer text.
Can you be more specific with what you need?

I have check the feasibility to send a message through WhatsApp campaign without use the template.
My expectation is, need to reply the customers who is asking any details/queries about my product, it seems need to reply in the WhatsApp message itself without the template format.

So far as I know, if the conversation is customer-initiated, then you don't (from a whatsapp perspective) need a template.
That said, I'm not sure Braze is the right tool for managing that sort of interaction.
