We are seeking a strategic and hands-on CRM leader with deep Braze expertise and a strong track record driving subscriber growth, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
Ideal background includes:
• Deep hands-on experience with Braze
• Leadership experience building and managing teams
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, customer journeys, and marketing automation
• Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional partnership skills
• Experience within media, publishing, streaming, subscriptions, or other direct-to-consumer businesses is highly preferred
