Personalise reply-to emails: what's the optimal structure?

Hi there, are you personalising your reply-tos based on customer or other data? I'd like to use a different reply-to email based on the customer's location and I can see how that will turn into a very long string for that field.

Are there better/different ways of achieving this?

If my understanding is correct, it just keeps adding Liquid into that field and gets messy. If that is the case, you can store all the logic in a Content Block and call it in the Reply-To field with just:

{{content_blocks.${reply_to_address_logic}}}

Inside the Content Block, here is an example of what the logic could look like based on the customer's country:

{% case ${country} %}
{% when "AU" %}
support-au@yourcompany.com
{% when "NZ" %}
support-nz@yourcompany.com
{% when "GB" %}
support-uk@yourcompany.com
{% else %}
support@yourcompany.com
{% endcase %}

That way the Reply-To field stays clean and short, and any time you need to add a new region or update an address, you only edit the Content Block once and it applies across all your campaigns automatically!
