Claude Connector - Use Cases and learnings

I have just connected Braze with Claude - and I am looking for some inspiration and stories about how Claude could help you scale.

This is a customer example that was passed along to me so I don't have all the details, but I think they paste the results into notion, and thats where they allow the Claude browser extensions to take over and actually draft the campaign in Braze. I think at the end they QA the campaign manually after Claude has created it and don't have it actually hit send.

I'd love to learn more about your approach to steps 2 & 3. Are the drafts created by Claude and sent to Notion? How do you then bring them out of Notion and into Braze? And how do you make sure your campaign is "AI-safe"?

Hey there! I'm hearing about all sorts of use-cases but here's one very forward looking version of what a customer is trying for inspiration:

* Using Claude skills, we update our brand voice monthly via Braze MCP. It looks at the previous month to see what worked, what didn't, and how we can improve.  
* That said, we have one big company marketing sync and the weekly product syncs transcribed via Granola. Using their MCP, we send along those transcripts to figure out our monthly programming for Braze campaigns using our Braze voice skill in Claude. Drafts are composed and entered into a Notion database where leadership can review them manually.  
* Once everything is approved, Claude Cowork will take control of my Braze session via Chrome. I let it duplicate an AI-safe campaign, knowing my audience targeting aligns with certain constraints and it enters in the data and dates. 
* When the programming completes, I usually spend ten minutes reviewing everything to ensure it looks good before launching it for the week/month.
