Exclude users who did not engage

Hello all, I'm looking for a way to exclude users from receiving emails when they did not engage (open or click) for more than X times in the canvas. Is there a way for us to do so?

Heyy @jess_11 ,

 

I suggest you to create a sunset segment using the retargeting filters as " Clicked/Opened Campaign or a Canvas with a tag" and add it to your core segments or use it every time you setup a new sendout. This is the common approach to exclude unengaged users from your campaigns.

You can add an Action Group in your Canvas and apply rules based on their opening or clicking a step in the Canvas. It's sort of the inverse.
