@DavidO  You've used Braze at multiple companies now... What is one tip you’d give someone who is onboarding to Braze?

Take your time and understand each channel. Braze has so many cool features, if you’re anything like me you want to push all the buttons and send messaging in every channel. I’ve learnt it’s better to start small with one channel, get a feel for how users respond to that channel, and then add another. Don’t worry, in time you’ll get to push all the buttons! Think of it like social media. I see people slapping the same content on every platform, but I think you are better off picking one or two platforms, understanding the audience and nuances, and then add another channel.
