Job Seeker: CRM & Lifecycle Marketing – Netherlands

Hi everyone,

I'm a CRM professional with 8+ years of experience in strategy and execution, currently looking for my next opportunity in the Netherlands. Most recently, I worked at bunq, where I led lifecycle marketing across multiple stages of the user journey, using Braze to build automations, run experiments, and boost engagement. I was also part of the Braze implementation team and designed our NPS in-mail survey, integrating it into key transactional emails to drive insights.

Before that, I worked at Fidelity Marketing, where I consulted for brands in sectors like telecom and finance, helping them set up CRM programs and loyalty campaigns. My background combines creativity and data, and I enjoy turning insights into actionable, customer-first strategies.

I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and currently based in the Netherlands. I also speak Portuguese at an advanced level, French and Dutch Intermediate and Basic Italian. I'm Open to both remote and hybrid roles.
