Exclude users who did not engage
Hello all, I'm looking for a way to exclude users from receiving emails when they did not engage (open or click) for more than X times in the canvas. Is there a way for us to do so? Thank you in adv...
You can add an Action Group in your Canvas and apply rules based on their opening or clicking a step in the Canvas. It's sort of the inverse.
