Create alias with Segment CDP

Hello everyone,

We are sending new users from Segment CDP (https://segment.com/) to Braze. All is well received except the user alias.
Anyone succeeds to transmit an alias via Segment CDP ?

We asked to Braze support, but we still don't achieve...
