The spam reporting in Braze is inclusive of user actions and inboxes defining as spam without user input.Some definitions in Braze docs here: https://www.braze.com/docs/user_guide/message_building_by_channel/email/reporting_and_analytics/email_reporting/#message-performance
If you're looking to get deeper insights I'm also a fan of using Microsoft SNDS and Google Postmaster
