Personalized Year in Review 2024

Hi everyone!

I'm curious to know if you're planning on gifting your users a personal 2023 wrap-up, like Spotify does.

I normally send emails with Liquid to show the user's personal stats and highlights of the year, including their avatar, but I'm looking to elevate it to more than just an email. Any ideas or recommendations?

EOY Wrap Up seems to be huge among Braze email users. I think you can definitely do a shorter version using IAM! You can also pair either email and/or IAM with a push, saying like "your highlights are here! check it out!"

User sees push, clicks, sees IAM for a summary highlight, and their full highlights are waiting for them in their inbox. The classic trifecta 🙌🏻

Also, a big part of the year wrap-ups is about sharing- so if you can make that easy (share on linkedin, Instagram, where ever).

In this case, people love to show off their golf stats, ---

maybe you can even add a -goals for next year- function as a follow up message 😉
