Putting in a vote for ClickUp since it's pretty easy to use, has decent UI and is great for following the whole flow of a task from draft to production. The free plan is really great too for startups. I am in zero way affiliated. https://clickup.com/

We use Notion for this and it's a fantastic tool that allows for a centralised database of comms with different views for different people/teams - so a single brief that can live on a copy, designer and email exec board with no duplication
