Collapsible FAQs - HTML/CSS Help

Does anyone know if it's possible to set up collapsible HTML within an email? We're looking to use this to show answers to FAQs. I've found mixed responses online and haven't had any luck getting it ...

Thanks all! I appreciate the insight. Seems like the best solution would be using an Accordion via AMP for email, but even that may not work as intended. Will follow up here if we find something that works!
