Ability to send emails to users that don't have a Braze profile?

Hello! Does anyone know if it is possible to send an email campaign to an user that does not have a Braze profile?

    Hi sabrinaavila10 ! As long as you've collected legal consent to email these users, you can create alias profiles for these users. Happy to chat more if you have further questions.

    not that I've experienced, they have to have an email in the Braze Dashboard at least.  We have an internal CRM where we can manage users in our braze.
