Ranked action paths would be up there. Audience paths can be great for segmenting groups of users, but personalising content based on user actions I see less of. I also love the idea of ranking them where useful, as it makes you sit back and consider what are the higher-value actions for your brand. For example, for us, it is exporting a video, or adding an asset to a video such as music from our library. There may be an audience that does this more or less, but in my opinion, it makes more sense to rank those actions for all our users. Combine that with a catalog of content and your manager will think you’ve built 20 different personalised emails when you only have an action step, a message step, and a bunch of catalog items. 🤣
