How have you managed to get 100s of users onboarded to Braze? Any tips for newer customers onboarding?
Honestly, it was a mix of hustle, hand-holding, and a lot of nudging! We made onboarding super simple - step-by-step user guides, live demos, and answering a lot of ‘where do I click again?’ questions. The trick is to keep it easy, show them how powerful it can be, give relevant examples and celebrate the small wins.
We also have a dedicated local marketing team who do a great job of onboarding our franchisees & troubleshooting when needed.
