As mentioned, our primary focus is helping brands deliver the most relevant, impactful and memorable customer engagement experiences, to drive business impact.

We see data as critical fuel for impactful, scaled customer engagement, and will continue working to make it as easy and seamless for brands to bring this fuel into their customer engagement engine with Braze.

As we move forward and continue to build the Braze Data Platform, this will remain our guiding light; we will continue working to help brands do more with their data, while democratizing access to this critical resource and reducing reliance on technical teams.
