Hi Bonfire community,
We're about to redesign and rebuild our agent newsletter program and I'd love to see examples from others before we get started.
Our business is in residential real estate, with individual agents sending newsletters to prospects, vendors, landlords, tenants, and past clients. We're looking at everything from design and content structure through to segmentation, personalisation, and preference management.
I'd be particularly interested in:
- Newsletter designs that perform well for service-based businesses
- Real estate email examples (sales, property management, local market updates, etc.)
- How you're balancing promotional content vs educational/value-add content
- Personalised newsletters sent from individual agents versus branded corporate communications
- Examples of lifecycle or automated newsletter programs that have delivered strong engagement
If you don't work in real estate, I'd also love examples from adjacent industries such as:
- Financial services
- Mortgage brokers
- Insurance
- Professional services
- Automotive dealerships
- Travel
- Healthcare
Any screenshots, examples, lessons learned, or "if I was starting again, I'd do this differently" advice would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks in advance
