Myles joined PrizePicks in 2023 as a sports fan turned CRM powerhouse. In just three years, he's built deep expertise in member engagement, reinvestment strategy, and segmentation. He's earned not one, but three Braze certifications: Practitioner, Marketer, and Data Management.
As part of the Promotions Campaign team, Myles works across both Lifecycle and Promotion Campaigns, managing everything from personalized User Journeys to weekly Canvas playbooks. One of his standout wins? Leading the restoration of "Flex Friday," a fan-favorite promotion that had been missed by members for over a year. When the original format came back in June 2026, the response was electric. Members celebrated across social media and KPIs exceeded expectations.
With NFL Kickoff season around the corner, Myles is gearing up for what he calls "the biggest campaign of the year." We can't wait to see what's next!
