Is Braze realistic for a very small reader-notification use case, or way too enterprise

Hi everyone, I run a content site called Crabguide; one of our pages covers, and since this is a pricing-related page, I have been thinking about a simple "notify me when prices update" opt-in for readers, just a lightweight push or email alert.

I came across Braze while researching options, and I get the sense it is built for much bigger, multi-channel engagement setups. Is there any realistic entry point for a one-person operation with a single simple use case like this, or is this genuinely the wrong tool and I should be looking at something far simpler instead?
