@EmPaulin honestly, one of the simplest things that drove an uplift for us was just using first_name in our comms.

It sounds almost too basic, but when we tested messages with vs. without it, the difference was clear. The version without a name felt generic and easy to ignore, while adding a first name made the message feel more intentional and personal. Literally just a small layer of personalisation that scaled easily across campaigns.

I guess it shows the power of marketing to customers rather than marketing at customers.
