We’re still early in our AI journey and are being very deliberate about where and how we apply it. The focus right now is on exploring safe, low-risk opportunities, using AI tools that come out of the box with platforms like Braze to improve efficiency and personalisation in a controlled way.
It’s about testing, learning, and making sure any AI-driven initiatives truly add value without introducing unnecessary complexity or risk. We’re moving thoughtfully, looking for the right pilots before we scale.
