Can't see IP reputation data

Hi! In my Braze email deliverability center dashboard, I can see data for my Google domain reputation, but no data is populating for our IP reputation. We send a very low volume of emails and I read that it could just be due to our IP not building a reputation yet, but curious if anyone else has this issue or if it's something I should be concerned about?

Hello @bryrechan Braze uses multiple service providers like Sparkpost in background to send out your emails. So you can have multiple IPs sending your emails but the only thing that remains same is your domain and that why you can see the Domain reputation and Ip reputation is not available for you.

I had the same issue while we first setup the google postmaster. Just give couple days, data will be populated. Keep in mind, google postmaster data always come after 2-3days of from the sendout dates.

Assuming you have already connected google postmaster to Braze, you can also log directly into google postmaster to check to see if there is any data to confirm it matches braze (with low volume, it may not show anything).

In most cases, this is not a cause for concern, especially if:

Your Google domain reputation is visible and healthy.
Your emails are delivering successfully (check your bounce rates and inbox placement).
You send emails at a low volume, which inherently limits the chances of spam complaints or blacklisting.

However, there are a few cases where you may want to investigate further:

Deliverability Issues: If you’re seeing high bounce rates, low open rates, or emails landing in spam.
IP Warm-Up: If you’re using a dedicated IP but haven’t followed a proper warm-up plan, email providers may be hesitant to trust the IP.
Spam Complaints: Even one or two spam complaints can disproportionately affect the reputation of low-volume senders.
