Email and Push QA

👋With so many versions of content we rely on an agency to QA all the versions of our email and push, and also all the canvas setups to ensure that everything gets a 2nd pair of eyes. We have had quite a few mistakes slip through recently and so we are looking for potentially a new agency or a new way of doing QA. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi Amy, 

the mistakes which you mentioned are related to wrong content in multiple versions? Maybe a feature like catalogs could make sure that you can better store specific data and help you to insert it in one variant (plus message extras for the reporting). This could reduce the QA effort by just checking the Catalog.

If you talking also about grammar or formatting mistakes, the Content QA feature could be interesting for you (SMS & Push). But for email it would be also able to build something like this in-house. But this would cost of course some resources.
