Delay in Canvas

Sergitcis correct in that you have to use a delay step, but your use case is a bit more nuanced.
In the delay step settings, you need to select "After a duration" set the delay to "1 calendar days" as opposed to 1 day. Selecting "days" will make the delay wait 24 hours before even considering the time (11am), while "calendar days" will wait until midnight the next day and hold the users until the time you set.
