Tell us a bit more about your work creating a Local Marketing Hub

We built a self-serve interface on top of Braze that gives franchisees the ability to run targeted campaigns using our central CRM data. We trained franchisees of over 400 stores, added tailored reporting, and integrated invoicing and credit tracking. It’s been a year and we’re seeing campaigns not only localised, but also highly measurable and performance-driven - we saw 180% uplift in SMS transactions YoY!
