Okay first question for you... What are the new requirements from Microsoft and how can I ensure I am prepared?

As of May 5th, Microsoft has begun enforcing their requirements for bulk senders: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/microsoftdefenderforoffice365blog/strengthening-email-ecosystem-outlook%E2%80%99s-new-requirements-for-high%E2%80%90volume-senders/4399730
The great news is that these “new” requirements are inline with the previous ones that Gmail and Yahoo had already put in place in 2024. Thus, senders who already complied with Gmail and Yahoo should not have needed to set up anything additional to meet Microsoft’s requirements this year.
