Re: Using Catalog Selections in an Abandoned Carts Canvas Hi Nael, so I haven't used this exact use case before and I have just been playing around with it to see could I get an answer {% catalog_items catalogname {{event_properties.${product_id}} %} You forgot you {{ items[0].title }} So maybe test does the event property ID collect the correct catalog data, this is hoping your ids are matched between product id in event property and also matches catalog. " Catalog name also as to match the title of your catalog with products. Let me know if that works? Re: Monitoring Subdomain Send Volume + Warmth Hi, something I thought you could do, it maybe be tedious depending how many campaigns and canvas you have currently running is just adding tags naming the subdomain connected to the campaign/canvas itself. From there create an engagement report of each tag of subdomain and have them automatically sent to you every week or month so you can see email volume send. There might be an easier way I am missing but just thought I could give my thoughts. Re: Braze Geofences Feature Hi Allan, I have had some great experiences with the geofence features. Depending on your style of business or app you can be super innovative with your geofencing. Having it has a trigger is great aslong as they have locations turned on "always", or when they open the app with locations on " only in app" they will then recieve the trigger, so it can depend on your user base. I have done numerus campaigns and tests with the geofencing and seems to be incredibly accurate. Example use cases I have seen and achieved could be language differences for different cities for example the french speaking part in canada ( quite a large geofence, but had a small user base so worked well ). Used it for small localized shops to get an in-app message informing them about a shop new by and the specials. But the most innovatative way we have used it was creating a geofence in the region of a popular music festival that a lot of target audience and user personas attending. Simply putting the geofence over this festival for 2 days had fantastic results. This ideology could be used for sports games/art festivals/ conventions all depending on your user base. Re: CSV File Import/Upload The use of the external ID is to allow you to identify them across all devices. I would recommend it, it can also reduce the rate of duplication therefore reducing your data point usage. Re: Email alignment issues on gmail Hi, so if you are using the drag and drop template, sometimes having border boxes or several border boxes within each other could be the reason why the text begins to aligning left? There have been times I search for why one may be aligning left and that is the issue. If not possibly go to html editor for you template copy and paste that html into a new template and see does the issue persist.
