The Senior Technical CRM Manager is a key team member in the Central Marketing team.
We are looking for a Technical CRM specialist (in Braze) to manage multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns. You will be responsible for building customer activation, engagement and retention through CRM automation and triggered CRM lifecycle campaigns.
To champion the CRM, Braze. Identifying opportunities to maximise usage of Braze features. Such as Content Cards, In-app messaging, Push notifications, SMS etc
Improving productivity through automations of tasks
Working with the IT team to improve the data feed and manage the Braze environment
Leading technical solutions for Braze integrations.
Using data and technology to enable omni-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
Stakeholder communications , providing regular updates and providing reports of campaign performance to the SLT
HTML coding – Create and amend HTML
Generating and build complex personalised automations – using liquid logic and Moveable Ink to create new templates.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
A braze specialist - Extensive knowledge of and experienced in Braze CRM
A technical CRM focussed CV - Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience within a technical CRM role
Strong coding experience - HTML and experience in Liquid logic and solid knowledge of algorithms & data structures
Experienced in building personalised journeys, lifecycle automations
Understand email campaigns and how to work in and build templates
A team players with outstanding communication skills at all levels
Used to working in a fast-paced environment to juggle multiple projects, priorities, relationships at the same time
