Location: REMOTE 

The anticipated base pay range for this position is between $105,000 and $120,000 annually. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, relevant education, department equity, training, geography, and local wage and hours laws.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Braze Platform Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert on the Braze platform, staying up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for utilizing the platform.
  • Innovative Lifecycle Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative automated lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance consumer engagement, increase retention rates, and drive revenue growth. Continuously explore and experiment with new approaches for nurturing leads and maximizing customer value.
  • Campaign Optimization: Utilize advanced technology-driven tactics to optimize our email campaigns, ensuring that they are relevant, timely, and effective. Continuously A/B test and refine campaigns for improved performance while exploring novel approaches.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to strategies and campaigns. Identify innovative data sources and analysis techniques.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Product, and Analytics, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Encourage a culture of innovation across the organization.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to leadership, highlighting innovative insights and recommendations.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry best practices and ensure that all marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards while seeking innovative compliance solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience with the Braze platform and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
  • Prior experience in managing a team is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; preferably in marketing, or the equivalent education, experience, skills and knowledge needed to perform the tasks and responsibilities of the position.

  • Minimum qualifications:  Eight years of experience in field or in comparable fields, Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred; computer skills.
