We are expanding our CRM team and looking for a Marketing Automation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience using Braze to manage CRM campaigns. We are seeking someone who can bring creativity and innovation to the role, with a proven track record of developing successful retention strategies. Your role will be to create and execute marketing strategies to increase user engagement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to develop subscriber engagement strategies.
  •  Utilize Braze to execute campaigns and automation workflows to engage subscribers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in health, nutrition, and behavioral science.

 

Your experience will be a valuable asset

 

  • Experience in applying retention strategies with in-depth knowledge of CRM channels including push, In-app, and email.
  • Experience in using marketing automation technology.
  • App-first mindset.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing, including best practices in deliverability and email creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and interested in copywriting.
