About the Role — Jackpocket is seeking a CRM Manager to own our retention and engagement marketing efforts across key touchpoints, including email, in-app, push, and SMS. You will develop CRM programs that delight, engage, and retain customers. The role will require deep knowledge of mobile marketing, segmentation, cohort analysis, marketing automation tools, and loyalty programs as well as a strategic and analytical mindset to consistently iterate on and optimize our lifecycle marketing efforts.
Salary Range — $100,000-$120,000
