JOB DESCRIPTION
Bene Bono is growing and the customer cycle management is critical to our model (a B2C free subscription model). The CRM team led by Clara has been structuring at a fast pace (more and better-customized automations via Braze, structured AB test process leveraging Amplitude, processed collaboration with other teams: Brand & Content team, Spanish Marketing team, Product team). We now want to gain in velocity to improve our current communications and lead new projects.
You will be managed by the CMO and work under supervision of Clara, the CRM lead. Your main missions will be the following:
Execute impactful campaigns and automations
Lead projects to scale the CRM across channels and countries
