(Senior) CRM Manager - Parental replacement

We are currently seeking a talented (Senior) CRM Manager to join our team as a parental replacement from October 2023 on for 12 to 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of helping people unleash their full physical and mental potential.
 
As a (Senior) CRM Manager at Freeletics, you will play a pivotal role in driving our customer relationship management strategies and optimizing conversion rates. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of CRM principles, experience in the fitness or subscription app industry, and a track record of success in developing effective conversion strategies. Ideally, you will have knowledge of Braze or similar platforms to enhance user engagement.
 
Note: This is a parental replacement position with an expected duration of 12 months. The start date will be October 2023.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to drive user engagement and conversion rates. This includes the conceptualization, set-up, quality assurance as well as continuous optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns and automations
  • Leverage your expertise in Braze, or similar platforms, to create personalized and targeted campaigns that inspire users to achieve their fitness goals with our premium subscription
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies and conduct rigorous analysis to identify best practices and continuously improve conversion strategies
  • Analyze CRM data, perform segmentation, and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to CRM initiatives, providing regular updates to upper management
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics, to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in a (senior) CRM management role, preferably within the fitness or subscription app industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Braze or similar CRM platforms to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Knowledge of conversion strategies, customer segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Keen eye for detail paired with excellent communication skills

    Hi Mina - the role looks interesting. Assuming I'm reading it correctly, what sort of frequency would you expect me in Munich. Relocation isn't an option for me, but occasional in-office is reasonable.
