🔎 Requirements:
- More than 4 years of experience working with CRM comms strategy.
- Experience managing CRM systems, Braze is highly desirable.
- Plus if you have HTML knowledge
- Solid knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems: product data and content that makes up the product catalog, the tools and systems that business users manage to create, maintain, validate and publish product information.
- Journey Building through touchpoints such as push notifications, SMS, email.
- Product range analysis and quantitative assortment optimization.
- Digital sales performance analysis and reporting.
- Digital app performance analysis and reporting.
- Media Marketing campaign analysis and optimization.
- Intermediate English
