Hiring a CRM Associate (Contract)

We’re hiring a full-time CRM Specialist (Braze Contractor) to support our Lifecycle Marketing efforts across multiple brands. If you have 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience, strong technical skills (Liquid, segmentation, automation), and a passion for driving engagement and retention, let’s talk!

The Details:
Rate: $40-$45/hr (Contract Role)
Work Hours: EST Preferred
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: February 17, 2025

You would be a great fit if you:
✔ Have hands-on experience with Braze campaign execution, segmentation, and workflow automation
✔ Are proficient in Liquid for personalization
✔ Can troubleshoot Braze integrations and optimize engagement strategies
✔ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently

Nice to have experience:
Familiarity with subscription-based business models and customer retention strategies.
Knowledge of multi-channel orchestration and best practices across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
