CRM Executive Position

You will be executing digital CRM campaigns for ITVX Premium and focusing on growth, churn reduction, retention, and upsell. The successful candidate will work with external agencies, analyse segmentation insights, and employ structured testing techniques to deliver continuous improvement in campaign metrics. They will collaborate with ITV Creative to deploy impactful creative and copy within CRM campaigns and optimise the current Lifecycle campaigns for ITVX Premium subscribers. Additionally, the candidate will monitor and evaluate CRM activity and report back to key stakeholders.
