CRM Executive - Dammam, Arabic speaker
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing monthly CRM calendar for multiple marketing channels (email, push, in app, SMS, web push etc.)
• Content creation/ coordination with content team for all types of CRM campaigns.
• Preparing HTML for the daily email campaigns& trigger email campaigns.
• Segmenting customers based on different criteria and keep track of the performance
• Prepare different reports to analyze campaign performance.
• Managing survey campaigns using external tools (survey monkey, survey gizmo etc)
• Execute all types of CRM campaigns (promotional, transactional, automated)
• Coordinating with different teams for campaigns requirements and execute campaigns on timely manner.
• Setting up multichannel customer journey based on different objective.
Requirement
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, or equivalent
+ 2 years of experience in CRM in e-commerce
Braze knowledge is a plus
Arabic and English fluency
