        <description><![CDATA[<p>I am looking for a solution for storing terms and conditions that have the following features</p><ul><li>place hodlers for dynamic dates and other dynamic variables.  </li><li>each T&amp;C item is related to a content_id within the email it's used in</li></ul><p>I have tried both catalogs and json nested profile attributes but both have the same problem where I cannot process the T&amp;C with liquid and also populate a dynamic variable with liquid.</p><p>What other options are available in Braze for solving this problem or do I need to consider an external solution and pull in at runtime using connected content ?</p>]]>

I believe this use case should be doable with Link Aliasing.&nbsp;</p><p>I wanted to post here to see if anyone has already tried it and found any pros and cons with this set up. There's limitations where we can only use up to 4 splits for experiments paths and if I were to use audience path, there's a limitation up to 8.         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have been using Javascript to send simple event and attribute information to braze.&nbsp;<br /><br />Sometimes i have had to change the outputs but using a dictionary/library but generally still sending simple string Events (event properties) and custom_attributes&nbsp;<br /><br />However today I'm trying to send an account_opened event&nbsp;<br /><br />Event: account_opened<br />Event Properties: account_number, account_type (values lets say account_a, account_b<br /><br />Event and properties are all firing fine.&nbsp;<br /><br />But i also want to update an Array with account_types_held and account_numbers_held&nbsp;<br /><br />the future user case for this is so we don't have to keep getting a CSV list for people that hold a certain account type when we perhaps do maintenance on those account types.&nbsp;<br /><br />it's populating the attributes each time but overwriting the old one rather than appending in a list - i believe this is because Braze is not receiving the $add&nbsp;<br /><br />So how should this Javascript be set up?&nbsp;<br /><br />I think it should be instead of using the identify call the direct:&nbsp;<br /><br />// Call Braze API directly to append to array attributes const response = await fetch(`${settings.brazeEndpoint}/users/track`, { method: 'POST', headers: { 'Content-Type': 'application/json', 'Authorization': `Bearer ${settings.brazeApiKey}` },<br /><br />Any advice?<br /><br />Webhook &gt; segment &gt; braze via source functions&nbsp;<br /><br /><br /></p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi - I'm wondering how people have found success in structuring their teams and workflows to cater to different languages? We are an English-first app, but have it available in Spanish, French and German.</p><p>So far, I've just completely excluded the additional languages from campaigns because we don't have the bandwidth to handle other languages right now. We are a small team of English speakers (I took French immersion in school but wouldn't rely on it since I haven't used it in a long time).&nbsp;</p><p>I have a few different use cases which could probably benefit from their own approach:</p><ul><li>One-off campaigns: regular monthly newsletters, feature releases, surveys etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Canvases: Welcome series, purchase conversion, churn reduction canvases: these are fairly complicated canvases which are updated once per month, maybe. We typically are testing timing, subject lines, copy etc., so we are changing them.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>I want to reduce the manual workload as much as possible, so the trade-off of individual language analytics vs. having to keep multiple canvases updated is a pretty big consideration.&nbsp;<br /><br />Curious what solutions other people have landed on. What's your current workflow? How did you land on it? Did you try something prior that didn't work? Are you using separate canvases, user journeys or simply just calling liquid within the message? Are you using any of the Braze language tools? Are you using spreadsheets or any tools like Phrase or Lokalise?         <description><![CDATA[<p>Hi there, we send 2 to 3 newsletters per week. Currently, we segment users based on their previous email interaction through segment extensions. For instance, we send one campaign per week to the full database, the second campaign only to users who have opened at least X emails in the last 3 months and the third campaign only to users who have opened at least Y campaigns in the last month or have clicked at least Z campaigns in the past month. Is there a way to build a scoring model based on (real) opens and clicks that also takes into account when the action has occurred? So that the score increases every time a user opens or clicks, but also decreases when a users does not engage for a certain period? Ideally, clicks should have a higher score than opens, and only real opens should be considered.</p><p>Every suggestion in much appreciated :)</p>]]>

In this case, the SDK would render both the content payload and the HTML to the website DOM and the browser would execute the code.&nbsp;</p><p>We were conscious that anyone could accidently insert malicious content into the HTML, resulting in PII sharing, stolen cookie tokens etc. Currently we can set <span>allowUserSuppliedJavascript</span>&nbsp; to '<span>true</span>' to accept custom JS<br /><br />Has anyone implemented guardrails within your teams/ processes to manage such risks whilst leveraging the custom HTML for Banners? You will join our Growth Marketing team and focus on executing high-impact B2C CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization across our global app and web user base.</p><p>This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic collaboration across multiple teams at Goodnotes. You will contribute to campaign planning, experiment design, including A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring CRM initiatives are both operationally excellent and strategically impactful within a fast-paced app product environment.</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a CRM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in B2C CRM platforms, including Braze, to execute lifecycle and promotional campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with product marketing, growth, design, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery.</p><p>This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:</p><ul><li>Execute end-to-end B2C CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push, and in-app messages</li><li>Set up user journeys and build experiments based on strategic audience segments using behavioral, lifecycle, and subscription data</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and support reporting with clear insights and recommendations</li><li>Ensure operational excellence in campaign setup, QA processes, and deployment timelines</li><li>Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into executable CRM campaigns</li></ul><p><strong>The skills you will need to be successful in the above</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C CRM campaign execution using a CRM or automation platform; Braze experience is required</li><li>Experience working on app products</li><li>Strong understanding of segmentation logic and personalization strategies</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a structured QA mindset</li><li>Solid experience setting up experiments and analyzing CRM performance metrics such as deliverability, open rate, CTR, and conversion</li></ul><p>Even if you don’t meet all the criteria listed above, we would still love to hear from you.
