This is a hands-on role focused on building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys — with a strong emphasis on in-product messaging, personalization, segmentation, and experimentation.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, in-app, push)
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies powered by product usage data
- Execute onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation journeys
- Run A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable performance improvements
- Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure proper triggers and data flows
- Support product launches with coordinated lifecycle campaigns
- Maintain high QA standards and strong documentation
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ 6–8 years in lifecycle/CRM/growth marketing
✔ Hands-on Braze (or comparable platform) execution experience
✔ Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and experimentation
✔ High attention to detail and bias toward performance
📍 Chicago (hybrid) | Open to exceptional US-based remote candidates
💰 $95,000–$145,000 base + 10% bonus
