NinjaTrader is hiring a Sr. Director of Lifecycle Marketing to build and scale a true multi-channel lifecycle engine powered by Braze.
Today, lifecycle is primarily email-driven. We are actively expanding into in-app, in-product messaging, and push — and investing in Braze to power that evolution. This leader will partner closely with Product and Engineering to unlock new in-product placements and embed lifecycle directly into the customer experience.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, monetization, retention, and reactivation
- Multi-channel orchestration (email, push, in-app/in-product)
- Experimentation frameworks, KPIs, and measurable growth outcomes
- Braze implementation and optimization strategy
- Lifecycle standards across QA, testing, and measurement
- Scaling and mentoring a high-performing lifecycle team
We’re looking for a lifecycle leader who:
- Has hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platform)
- Has built multi-channel programs beyond email
- Is highly technical and comfortable partnering with Engineering
- Lives and breathes funnel optimization and experimentation
- Thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments

💰 $175,000–$225,000 base + 15% bonus
