Multi-language

Starting to use multi-langauge support, but it looks like I still need to use a translation service. Can anyone confirm? Also what's your experience been like with multi-langauge? Looks like all data just funnels into one canvas/campaign since you are using liquid instead of creating multiple canvas/campaigns for different languages. Thanks!

Hi, I sometimes use the most advanced AI models for small translations, and it's pretty accurate for general tasks. I use liquid conditional logic to show campaign translations to users.

Hi DylanRap! Yes, when using Braze's multi-language support, you typically need to utilize a translation service to manage the translations for your content. Braze provides the infrastructure to handle multiple languages within a single campaign or canvas, but the actual translation of the content must be done separately, either manually or through a translation service.  I'll let others chime in with their experiences!
